Reservation of Item
- All orders will only be reserved when a deposit of an agreeable amount is made.
- Items posted in this blog are ready stocks, that is available in Shah Alam and ready for shipment.
- You can make a reservation of the item by indicating the duration you want to reserve this item for in your email with the intended deposit amount to be paid.
- You will receive an acceptance of reservation email from us to indicate our agreement to your request or an alternative offer from us to your request.
- When an agreement has been reached, only then you will be required to place your deposit and your order will be reserved for the agreed duration term.
Shipment of Order
- You order will be shipped within 24hours to 48hours (working days) day upon receipt of your full payment.
- All shipment will be sent to you via PosLaju unless otherwised requested and this will be subjected to additional charge to be determined on case to case basis.
- Delivery using Poslaju is normally next day delivery to any major cities as stated in Poslaju website, however is your address is out of Selangor, delivery via Poslaju may take up to 3-5 working days. SAPB is not responsible for delay of delivery by Poslaju.
- An email or facebook message notifying you of your shipment with the tracking will be sent to you within the next day after receipt of your order.
- You can track your shipment utilizing the tracking number provided via Poslaju website at www.poslaju.com.my by choosing Track and Trace on right hand side of their menu.

Changing Your Order
- All orders are final and no returns can be made once shipment has been made.

- We require deposit amounting minimum 50% of the agreed price for 1st payment.

- The item(s) will be held for you only upon receipt of your first payment and it will be held for the duration of your plan only.
